Cancellation Policy
There is no penalty for canceling or rescheduling an appointment more than 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are subject to a 100% late fee. For late cancellations, please text 865-268-4433.
No Show Policy
No shows will be charged a 100% service fee.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for services rendered, prepaid packages, or gift certificates.
